I’ve seen this movie before in the TV, but not till the end, and not taking the attention it deserves. New year was a great occasion to re-watch it. It is a great movie, not just because of the visual effects that are quite good, but also because of the story and actors. Although we can argue that the movie is about fantasy, there are two things that annoy me: The first is how nautilus got to Paris (river?) and, similar with Venice. How the heck any kind of submarine (being it like a blade or not) could enter a single Venice canal. Especially, when we saw the nautilus interiors, and therefore, there is a supposed width that is not present there.
But those are details. The movie is great. The story is good. 9 in 10.
